Customized Treatment Plans
Beta Care Hospital Rehabilitation Unit (BCHRU) offers a highly customized, holistic approach to the treatment of alcohol and substance dependency. Each treatment plan begins with a preliminary assessment to determine the best way to address the resident’s specific needs. We recognize that most people who are addicted have different circumstances that led them to it. As a result, each person reacts to each treatment plan differently.
Before admission, we learn everything about the individual, design an individualized treatment plan, and create a unique process just for the individual. We also assess and review social, psychological, physical, and spiritual needs throughout the treatment process, and set up an aftercare program for relapse prevention. Ultimately, our clients enjoy better and long-lasting results
Accredited Facility
In addition, BCHRU is registered with NACADA (National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse) and NHIF accredited. This means that our processes and services have been recognized as safe and effective for addiction treatment, and that any civil servant who carries comprehensive NHIF cover is eligible for the NHIF Rebate of Kshs. 60,000 per 90 days, which should make the rehabilitation programs more affordable.
No requirement for ‘clean time’ before admission
We are also a non methadone facility offering 24/7 medical detox with trained and qualified staff. There are many programs that do not provide medical detox, and typically require the addict to be sober for at least 30 days before admission.
But since we offer detoxification ourselves, we can admit dependent clients on the same-day upon arrival.
